La Cocina de Ivette provides catering services for private events, corporate events, weddings, and special occasions. Menu availability, pricing, and service details are subject to change based on availability and seasonality.

2. Booking and Payments

A deposit is required to secure your event date. Final payment must be completed by the agreed-upon date before your event. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of services.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Any refunds outside the deposit will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on timing and event size.

4. Changes to Orders

Changes to your order (menu selections, guest count, etc.) must be requested no later than 10 business days before the event date. Changes are subject to availability.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing an event space that meets basic requirements (e.g., table space for buffets, access for deliveries). La Cocina de Ivette is not liable for circumstances outside our control such as weather, venue issues, or other third-party factors.

6. Use of Website

All content on this website is owned by La Cocina de Ivette and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

La Cocina de Ivette will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services or website.
